• New: the product has never been used and is still in its original packaging, with all of its accessories.
  
• Like new: The product has been opened but is in near-new condition. All original accessories are included, as well as the original box (unless otherwise stated in the description).
  
• Very good condition: the product may show some signs of wear, visible from less than 20 cm away. Some accessories and/or the original box may be missing (see product description).
  
• Good condition: the product may show signs of wear visible from more than 20 cm away. Some accessories and/or the original box may be missing (see product description).

• Refurbished: A refurbished product is a used product that has been fully tested in a workshop according to precise specifications. It is therefore in perfect working order and offers the same features as a new model. A second life!
• Used: Unlike refurbished models, a used product has not been through our workshop. However, unless otherwise stated, it is in perfect working order and often has an even lower price than its refurbished equivalent.
• Clearance sale: Unless otherwise stated, this is a new product reaching the end of its life (EOL) with the brand and will therefore be removed from the catalog. Ideal for those who want to give a device that still has so much to offer one last chance!

Whether they are clearance, used, or refurbished, all our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity – up to 2 years after the purchase date. The same applies in the event of hidden defects; your system remains protected!
