Audio Garden accepts the vast majority of payment cards. We also offer other solutions such as payment in installments, or the ever-popular PayPal.

Bank card

Terms

Bank card is the easiest way to pay on our site.

For all your credit card payments, the transaction is secured by SSL encryption technology. All your payment details are encrypted from your computer to the bank's server. This information remains confidential and cannot be seen or used without your knowledge by us, our payment provider (Stripe), or any third party.

Payment cards accepted

Currently, we accept the following card payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay

For payments via Bancontact, please select “Mollie” from the list of payment options.

For payments via UnionPay, DinnersClub, Discovery (non-exhaustive list), please select “PayPal” from the list of payment options.

Payment limit

Most payment cards have a maximum spending limit, usually between €1,500 and €4,000. The spending limit is calculated over a rolling 30-day period. Any payment request is counted towards the limit, even if the payment is authorized but not yet processed. It is generally possible to request a temporary or permanent increase to your spending limit from your bank.

PayPal

Terms

PayPal is the most widely used payment method on the internet for paying for online purchases.

Used by over 300 million people, PayPal allows you to make online payments without having to reveal your card number. All your information is securely stored in your PayPal wallet.

For all your payments via PayPal, your payment details are encrypted from your computer to their servers. This information remains confidential and cannot be seen or used without your knowledge by us, PayPal, or any third party.

Payment cards accepted

To date, PayPal accepts almost all payment cards.

PayPal also offers the option to pay with your balance, or in installments (if your account allows it).

Need to spread out your payment? Paypal now offers the option to split your order into 4 installments with no fees !

Available on all orders from €30 to €2000.

Klarna

Terms

Payment in installments by credit card is available on almost all of our orders, via our partner Klarna.

The expiry date of the bank card must be at least 4 months after the date of purchase, 6 months if one of the items in your order is not immediately available.

For technical reasons, virtual cards (E-Card), prepaid bank cards or Electron cards cannot be selected for payment in installments.

Payment schedule (Klarna)

Payment in 3 installments

One-third of the total order amount (including VAT and fees) is debited upon placement of your order; the remaining two-thirds are debited one and two months after the order date, respectively.

Example for an order of €450 including VAT (processing and shipping fees included) validated on January 10th:

The first third payment, i.e. €150 including VAT, will be taken on the day of the order;
The second third payment, i.e. €150 including VAT, will be taken one month after the order date, i.e. on February 10th;
The final third payment, i.e. €150 including VAT, will be taken two months after the order date, i.e. on March 10th.

Deferred payment 30 days

You confirm your order immediately and only pay on day 30 , with no additional fees.

( Fees apply if you do not make the payment within 30 days)

Example: for an order of €450 including VAT validated on January 10th, the total amount will be debited on February 10th.

Payment in up to 12 installments

For larger amounts, Klarna can offer payment spread over up to 12 monthly installments .

The payment schedule and any applicable fees are specified before order confirmation, directly on the Klarna interface.

Bank transfer

Would you prefer to pay by bank transfer? That's possible.

We accept payment by bank transfer for all orders of items sold and shipped by us. Please note that the equipment cannot be reserved until payment is received. If you wish to receive your order as quickly as possible and reserve items that are currently in stock, we recommend paying by credit card.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, please contact us so that we can provide you with our bank details.

Important: Please include your order number in the transaction description.

I am making a transfer from an account located in the Eurozone. Are there any specific fees I will have to pay?

Your bank can only charge the standard fee for a transfer.

For customers with a bank account from a country in the Eurozone (SEPA), no additional fees can be charged because it is an international transfer.

How long does it take for my transfer to be processed?

Bank transfers typically reach us within 2 to 4 business days. We will validate this payment the next business day after its receipt: we always confirm this by email. Therefore, it generally takes 3 to 5 days for the order to be validated after the transfer has been sent.

To speed up this process, we recommend that you send us your proof of transfer by email.

To have

Credit notes are generally issued following the return of equipment sold and shipped by Audio Garden. This amount is credited to your customer account. A credit note is valid for one year* from the date of issue. After this period, it is neither refundable nor applicable to an invoice.

Having more than the order amount

If your credit (or the total of your available credits) exceeds the total amount of your order (including shipping costs), simply place your order on our website and select the credit offered along with other payment methods. The remaining balance after this order will be displayed in the "Your vouchers/credits" section of your customer account.

Having less than the order amount

If your credit (or the total of all available credits) is less than the total amount of your order (including shipping costs), you can place an order on our website by choosing the available credit(s) and then completing the sum by one of the payment methods offered afterwards.
