The successor to the M11 Plus, the FiiO M23 marks a major step in the evolution of audiophile portable music players. Equipped with the latest generation of AKM AK4499EX converters paired with the AK4191EQ processor, it delivers impressively transparent and fluid sound reproduction, while retaining the warm musicality characteristic of the AKM sound signature.

The THX AAA-78+ amplification, directly inherited from the brand's desktop models, gives the M23 exceptional power reserves while maintaining a virtually non-existent noise floor. The result: a full, nuanced sound with exemplary stability, whether with demanding headphones or sensitive in-ear monitors.

Designed as a true portable audio hub, the M23 features an open Android 10 system, a 1080p screen, and dual USB inputs allowing for separate power and audio transfer—a first for a FiiO player. Combined with its Desktop mode, it becomes a high-end stationary source, ideal for driving a headphone amplifier or hi-fi system.

Technical details & operation

The FiiO M23 features a dual DAC architecture AK4499EX + AK4191EQ working in symmetrical mode, ensuring ultra-detailed and natural reproduction.

Its THX AAA-78+ circuit delivers up to 1000 mW into 32 ohms, guaranteeing explosive dynamics and total signal control.

The device is powered by a Snapdragon 660 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM, for smooth navigation in the Android interface and streaming applications (Tidal, Qobuz, Apple Music, Spotify, etc.).

The 5500 mAh battery provides up to 10 hours of battery life and can operate in direct external power supply thanks to its dual USB-C port (audio + charging).
